摆线减速机的性能测试,采用三相整流子电机做原动机和负载,二次仪表读数,人工计算并进行误差分析。产生误差的原因,除了减速机本身因素外,还有试验方法,仪表精度,环境条件等因素。故在测试中,必须对实测数据进行加工、处理、剔除不合理的数据,保留有效数据,使检测结果准确反映被测减速机的实际性能。在误差分析和数据处理过程中,由于人工完成,不仅耗费时间,且容易出错。为此,我们采用微型计算机对测试数据进行误差分析和处理,这不仅提高测试的自动化水平,同时也能保证测试精度。本文就此作以简单介绍。
