水稻品种津稻308是个高产优质品种，生育期170天左右；株高10O～110cm；茎杆粗壮坚硬抗倒伏性强；叶片青秀宽厚上举，主茎叶18片；株型紧凑，分蘖力较强；每穗实粒平均120粒，千粒重28g左右；米质符合部颁布1～2级。中抗稻瘟病、抗稻飞虱，抗旱性强，一般667m2产600kg。津稻308茎杆挺立、株型紧凑、穗大粒大是个理想的长相，在栽培上应充分发挥这一优势才能获得高产。在栽培上要培育壮秧、稀栽少本、适期插秧、合理施肥、科学灌水，搞好病虫害防治。
