对广播电视产业的认识过程1978年党的十一届三中全会决定把全党的工作重心转移到社会主义经济建设上来。在这种大环境条件下,广播电视应该怎么办?这是广播电视系统各部门面临的一个十分突出的重要问题。上海电视台科学地回答了这个问题,于1979年1月28日(农历正月初一)宣告:“即日起(本台)受理广告业务”,并播出了中国大陆第一条电视商业广告,也是我国第一条外商电视广告。同年3月5日,上海人民广播电台恢复播出广播广告。1980年1月1日,中央人民广播电台播出了该台自1940年开播以来第一条广告。70年代末80年代初,中国大陆的广播电台、电视台均先后开办或恢复播出广告节目。据统计,到1983年全国广播电视广告营业额达到3400万元。1983年3月召开的第十一次全国广播电视工作会议指出:要“自己走路”,要“以宣传为中心”,要“以新闻改革为突破
