1.催化裂化装置的烟机机组是利用装置余热进行发电的系统,烟机转子由烟气驱动,带动发电机发电.烟机机组的简图及测点分布如下图所示.烟机 减速箱 发电机2.在烟机开机过程中,采用CSI2115振动测试仪和计算机监测系统从本特利二次仪表上拾取振动信号、表1是不同转速下,烟机转子的振动情况.表1 烟机转子开机过程振动幅值(振幅单位:μm 转速单位:r/min)从表1可以看出,烟机转子平稳运行时,振动幅值在25μm以下,处于良好运行状态;即使在转子过临界转速.η=1956r/min时,振动幅值也仅在150μm左右,说明烟机转子的动平衡性能优良,转子质量优良.在整个烟机开机过程中,对与烟机相连的齿轮箱和发电机也进行了振动测试,表2列出了各测点的振动幅值.从中可以看出,整个开机过程中齿轮箱和发电机组的振动处于良好运行状态,说明烟机系统的安装、
