随着企业投资领域、形式的扩展,投资战略的多元化,资金问题成为企业在对外投资中的首要问题。主要表现在:企业管理层对资金管理的认识不够、资金管理制度弱化、资金使用不规范、风险防范意识较差。为了提高我国企业对外投资资金管理的水平,加快企业对外投资的步伐,要树立“财务管理为企业管理的中心,资金管理为财务管理的中心”意识,完善企业资金管理的制度,提高资金的运用效率,加强投资风险的预警能力,企业才能从资金的桎梏中“走出去”。
