本文对俄罗斯当前的经济形势、今后政策走向、发展前景进行了分析。认为2 0 0 0年俄经济形势明显好转 ,各项经济指标取得可喜成果 ,国内生产总值年增长率有望超过4% ,成为苏联解体以来经济增长最快的一年。普京针对俄罗斯的独特国情 ,提出了一系列旨在短时间内消除国内经济危机的方针政策 ,经济政策走向已日趋明朗。俄提出的今后 1 0年发展战略是可行的 ,即 :国内生产总值年均增长率达 5 %～ 6 % ,到 2 0 1 0年国内生产总值累计达到70 %左右。
This article analyzes the current economic situation in Russia, future policy direction and development prospects. It is believed that the economic situation in Russia has obviously improved in 2000, and gratifying achievements have been made in various economic indicators. The annual growth rate of the GDP is expected to exceed 4%, making it the fastest-growing year since the Soviet Union’s dissolution. In response to Russia’s unique national conditions, Putin proposed a series of guidelines and policies aimed at eliminating the domestic economic crisis in a short period of time and the trend of economic policy has become clearer. Russia’s proposed development strategy for the next 10 years is feasible. That is, its average annual growth rate of GDP will reach 5% to 6%. By 2010, its GDP will have accumulated around 70%.
