近年来,本实验室曾研究过多种微量元素诸如锰、硒、铜等对心肌代谢的影响,其中观察到锌对心肌损伤亦具有明显保护作用。为阐明锌与心肌损伤的关系和为本工作的进一步研究奠定基础,本实验以成年 Wistar 大鼠心肌为材料,采用光镜、电镜和原子吸收光谱等方法,初步研究了锌对盐酸异丙基肾上腺素(ISP)所致 Wistar 大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用及其与心肌组织锌含量之间的关系。结果表明,预防性补充锌可显著减轻 ISP 所致的大鼠心肌损伤程度和范围,能够提高损伤的心肌组织锌含量;提示,锌对心肌的良好保护作用与其显著提高损伤心肌组织锌含量有重大关系。
