已进一步了解到免疫反应中有一个令人感兴趣的方面,那就是它能使受体破坏来自体外的组织或移植器官。急性排斥反应涉及到一系列复杂的细胞、体液因子间相互作用,最终导致移植物死亡。本文对有关这一现象的一些新观点进行综述。
It has been further learned that there is an interesting aspect of the immune response in that it enables the recipient to disrupt tissue or transplanted organs from the outside of the body. Acute rejection involves a series of complex cellular and humoral factors that eventually lead to graft death. This article reviews some of the new ideas about this phenomenon.
