对中职生来讲,在院校就读期间形成良好的公约品格,为其今后更好地获得就业机会奠定基石。对此,中职院校应该着重加强核心素养的有效渗透,实现素质教学的人才培养目标。同时,要注重关注中职生的个性化发展趋势,以学生为主体,对其进行人格的塑造。中职生经过全面且系统的训练之后,加强创新思维的养成,及良好品格的塑造。有助于学生形成良好的人格、修养,提升整体素质。本文针对中职生的公约形象展开分析,探索出有效途径加强中职生核心素养的重点培养。
For secondary vocational students, they form a good character of the convention during their college education and lay the foundation stone for better employment opportunities in the future.
