广西武宣县锰锌矿自1978年投产以来,一直采用有氰药剂和硫酸锌抑锌浮铅的优先浮选流程。为了寻求一个无氰的选矿工艺,我们应用CMC法浮选我矿朋村铅锌矿石,做了混合浮选—分离流程试验,并获得成功。试验结果铅精矿品位47.89%,锌精矿品位53.61%,铅锌回收率分别为58.38%和88.39%。(一)原矿性质该矿床属低温热液多金属硫化矿床。主要金属矿物有闪锌矿、黄铁矿、硫锑铅矿等;脉石矿物以白云石为主,有少量重晶石和方
Wuxuan County, Guangxi Mn-Zn Mine has been put into operation since 1978, has been using cyanide agents and lead zinc sulfate inhibition of preferential flotation process. In order to seek a cyanide-free beneficiation process, we applied the CMC flotation method to mine the Mine-chang village lead-zinc ore and made a mixed flotation-separation process test.
