目的评价医疗废物容器清洁消毒后的使用时效,探寻最佳的清洁消毒后使用时间,以降低医院感染率的发生。方法 2014年3月-2015年3月以科室为单位抽取医院10个临床层流病区使用的医疗废物容器500件次,按随机数字表法分为7-8月组、10-12月组,每组各250件次,比较医疗废物容器清洁消毒后使用7、14、21、30d的ATP数值检测。结果不同使用时间ATP检测数值,在7-8月组使用后的医疗废物容器检测合格率1~14d为100.0%、21d为90.0%、30d为84.0%;在10-12月组使用后的医疗废物容器检测合格率1~21d为100.0%、30d为92.0%,两组清洁消毒后均达到外观清洁的效果。结论临床病区的医疗废物容器在使用后携带病原菌,应加强清洁消毒的检查与检测,定期进行医疗废物容器的清洁消毒,为临床合理制定医疗废物容器的清洁消毒制度提供依据。
Objective To evaluate the service life of medical waste containers after cleaning and disinfection, and to find out the best time after cleaning and disinfection to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015, 500 medical waste containers used in 10 clinical laminar flow areas of the hospital were collected on a department-by-department basis. They were divided into 7-8 month groups by random number table method and 10-12 month group , 250 pieces in each group, comparing the ATP values of 7,14,21,30 d after cleaning and disinfection of medical waste containers. Results According to the value of ATP in different time of use, the detection rate of medical waste containers after the use in July-August group was 100.0% for 1 ~ 14d, 90.0% for 21d, and 84.0% for 30 days. The medical treatment after 10 ~ 12 months The passing rate of waste containers was 100.0% in 1 ~ 21d and 92.0% in 30d, and the appearance of cleaning effect was achieved after cleaning and disinfection in both groups. Conclusions Medical waste containers in clinical wards should carry pathogens after they are used. Therefore, the inspection and testing of cleaning and disinfection should be strengthened. The cleaning and disinfection of medical waste containers should be carried out on a regular basis to provide a basis for clinical development of the cleaning and disinfection system of medical waste containers.
