就业是民生之本,无疑,在人口众多的中国,就业永远是政府谋划民生的头等大事。当下,严峻的就业形势几乎已成社会生活的常态。但是,与有限的就业岗位相比,当前更值得关注的是就业公平问题,它已经成为横亘在基层群众个人发展之路上的一大绊脚石。在就业中,不仅存在性别、学历等歧视问题,所谓的“背景”、“关系”等是更大的不公,其结果是制造阶层摩擦、影响社会和谐。人们期盼政府在着力扩大就业的同时,也能够在落实就业公平方面有新的突破。同时,对于进城务工人员,他们更期待子女的教育能够享受到更好的国民待遇。
Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. Undoubtedly, in a populous country, employment will always be the top priority for the government in planning people's livelihood. At present, the grim employment situation has almost become the norm of social life. However, compared with the limited jobs, what deserves more attention now is the issue of employment fairness, which has become a major stumbling block along the way of grassroots people's personal development.
