Nearly two or three years people began to use ESR direct detection of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion free radicals, due to the conditions and technology limitations, few reports at present. In this paper, the rat heart perfusion model was used to study the dynamic changes of free radicals during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion with spin-capture technique.
