用TM3500诊断系统检测30例动脉粥样硬化脑梗塞(CI)和40例对照的脑电活动地形图(BEAM)。结果示:病例组δ、θ频带平均功率谱(APS)均值在大脑半球各相应区明显高于对照组。以CI发生1～3天组最为显著(P<0.001),15～18天组中度增高(P<0.01),23天～30天组为轻度增高(P<0.05)
Thirty patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (CI) and 40 controls were screened for BEAM using the TM3500 diagnostic system. The results show that: the average power spectrum (APS) of the δ and θ bands in the case group is significantly higher in the corresponding regions of the cerebral hemispheres than that in the control group. (P <0.001), moderately increased in 15-18 days group (P <0.01), slightly increased in 23 days-30 days group (P <0.05)
