JG250砼搅拌机,操作简单,运输方便,在工程中仍广泛应用。但本机不是通用机械(属于行业性的),大部分配件在市场上不易买到,在修理中由于部分零件的结构和材料的限制很难修复,只有重新加工。这样就造成很大的浪费。绳筒离合器的功能是控制进料斗的升降动作,在本机中是个很重要的机构。由于进料斗上下频繁,重量又大(满载情况下约800公斤),所以活动辊筒中的内制动鼓磨损比较严重。如果内制动带安装不精确、还容易把内制动鼓磨偏。一旦磨偏无论是采用补焊还是其它方法修复都很麻烦。一般单位都不修理,而是重新加工。那样既浪费资金(每个八、九十元),
