随着现代社会的快速发展,国家机关、事业单位的工作人员出现工伤的情形越来越多,因此而发生的纠纷也越来越多。各地方对此问题的处理差别很大,究其原因主要是国家对机关、事业单位人员的工伤问题没有统一的法律规定。
With the rapid development of modern society, there are more and more work-related injuries in the work of government agencies and public institutions, resulting in more and more disputes. The handling of this issue varies greatly from place to place. The reason for this is mainly that the state does not have uniform legal provisions on the issue of work-related injuries among organs and public institutions.
