采用电磁感应加热室对制品进行7~8小时的热养护,其中预养时间占20~25%,目的是减少高温对混凝土结构形成产生不良影响。但是,如果离心成型后,混凝土混合物在热养护过程中能经受挤压并防止变形,那么,这种预养就可取消。全苏钢筋混凝土科学研究院在米洛诺夫钢筋混凝土构件广对B-30、B-33A和CK-4A离心成型的钢筋混凝土电杆在电磁感应加热室(有剩余压力的介质)内的最佳养护时间进行了研究。热养护在下列三种制度下进行:第一种为2小时30分钟+1小时40分钟+1小时20分钟+2小时;第二种为0+1+2+2(小时);第三种为0+2+1+2(小时)。
The product is subjected to thermal curing for 7 to 8 hours using an electromagnetic induction heating chamber, wherein the pre-recovery time accounts for 20 to 25% in order to reduce the adverse effect of high temperature on the formation of the concrete structure. However, if the concrete mixture undergoes compression and prevents deformation during the heat curing process after centrifuging, this pre-treatment can be eliminated.
