卫生财政投入是公立卫生机构实现政府导向卫生公平、保障卫生服务提供、维护人民健康权益的重要手段。最近十几年,山东省卫生财政投入呈现不断增长的趋势。研究以山东省卫生财政投入为例,分析山东省卫生财政投入增量以及通过增加卫生财政投入可以缓解的矛盾,讨论建立高效的卫生投入绩效考核机制。
Investment in health finance is an important means for public health agencies to realize government-oriented health fairness, guarantee health service provision, and safeguard people’s health rights. In the recent ten years, the investment in health finance in Shandong Province has been on the rise. Taking the investment of health finance in Shandong Province as an example, this study analyzes the contradiction between the increase of health finance investment in Shandong Province and the alleviation of investment by increasing health finance, and discusses the establishment of an efficient performance evaluation mechanism of health input.
