新媒体的出现和广泛应用,既为中国特色社会主义文化发展提供了有利条件,也给文化建设带来挑战和负面影响。在这种新形势下,邓小平文化建设思想为先进文化发展提供了启示。这主要体现在,文化建设要有利于人民群众享有丰富的文化生活,要坚持正确发展方向,要完善法律法规,充分发挥各方面的积极性,重视人才队伍建设,加强党对相关工作的领导。
The emergence and extensive application of new media not only provided favorable conditions for the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, but also brought challenges and negative impacts on cultural construction. Under this new situation, Deng Xiaoping’s thought of cultural construction provides inspiration for the development of advanced culture. This is mainly reflected in the fact that cultural construction should benefit the people and enjoy rich cultural life. We must adhere to the correct direction of development, improve laws and regulations, give full play to the enthusiasm of all quarters, attach importance to the building of a contingent of qualified personnel and strengthen the party’s leadership over related work.
