目的 :探讨微血管密度、p5 3蛋白表达在宫颈癌中的临床意义和相互关系。方法 :应用免疫组化 S- P法检测 38例宫颈癌中 p5 3蛋白表达 ,以 因子相关抗原作为血管内皮细胞标记物测定其微血管密度。结果 :宫颈癌患者的微血管密度明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,在临床 期明显高于 期 ,在血管间质浸润阳性明显高于阴性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但与组织学分级、淋巴结有无转移以及癌的浸润深度无关 ;p5 3蛋白随临床分期的递增、癌的浸润深度增加而增加 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,在组织学 、 、 级呈递增趋势 ,与淋巴结转移、血管间质浸润有关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;微血管密度在 p5 3蛋白表达阳性中明显高于阴性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,在 p5 3蛋白表达 +、 、 中呈递增趋势 ,但无统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :微血管密度、p5 3蛋白表达与宫颈癌的恶性程度密切相关
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance and correlation of microvessel density and p5-3 protein expression in cervical cancer. Methods: The expression of p5 3 in 38 cases of cervical cancer was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. The microvessel density was determined by factor-related antigen as a marker of vascular endothelial cell. Results: The microvessel density of patients with cervical cancer was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), significantly higher than that in the control group, and significantly higher in the stromal interstitial infiltration than in the control group (P <0.05) There was no correlation between the expression of p5-3 protein and the histological grade, the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis, and the depth of invasion of cancer. The level of p5-3 protein increased with the increase of clinical stage, but not statistically significant (P> 0.05) (P <0.05). The microvessel density was significantly higher in the positive expression of p53 protein than in the negative (P <0.05), while in p5 3 The expression of protein was increased in the middle and middle stages, but there was no statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The microvessel density and p5 3 protein expression are closely related to the malignant degree of cervical cancer
