根据实际情况,在学生中建立课外科技活动社团,整合全校现有课外科技活动项目落实了经费保障来源,学院提供场地、设备和师资,采用开放式运行管理模式,科学合理地量化指导教师和管理人员的工作量,使电子创新基地可持续发展,形成了大学生创新实践能力培养的长效运行管理机制。根据任务驱动法的内涵和理论依据,以科技竞赛带动大学生科技创新活动,提倡自主学习,坚定人生信念,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才。电子创新基地是培养学生创新能力和实践能力的重要基地,只有广泛开展各种学科竞赛和课外科技活动,科学管理、合理利用,才能发挥其应有的作用。
