具有任意折射率剖面的光纤LP_(11)模归一化截止频率的精确计算至今未见解决。本文利用无量纲参数、变分-有限元法和优选法来确定任意折射率剖面光纤LP_(11)模的归一化截止频率V_c。只需在计算机中输入N+1个点上光纤的折射率,就可按编制的程序很快算出该光纤的V_c值。当所取的点数N足够大时,计算达到很高精度。由程序在DJS-8计算机上计算了几种典型折射率剖面LP_(11)模的V_c值。计算表明,与国外文献报导的结果比较,本文推荐的方法具有两个优点:普适性和精确性。
The exact calculation of the normalized cut-off frequency of the LP_ (11) mode fiber with an arbitrary refractive index profile has not been solved so far. In this paper, the normalized cut-off frequency V_c of LP_ (11) mode fiber with arbitrary refractive index profile is determined by dimensionless parameter, variational-finite element method and optimization method. Just enter the N + 1 points in the computer on the refractive index of the fiber, according to the preparation of the program can quickly calculate the V_c fiber value. When the number of points N taken is large enough, the calculation reaches very high precision. The program calculates the V_c values of several typical refractive index profile LP_ (11) modes on a DJS-8 computer. The calculation shows that compared with the results reported in foreign literature, the proposed method has two advantages: universality and accuracy.
