化工部设计现代化管理中心站于4月16～19日在天津化工部一院召开了化工设计体制改革经验交流暨研讨会。这是化工设计系统贯彻党的十一届三中全会精神,坚持设计体制改革10年来召开的一次专题讨论会,化工部基建司、中国化学工程总公司都十分重视,分别派了主管领导亲临会议指导,出席会议的有中心站技术委员会委员单位的化工部直属设计院、公司
The Ministry of Chemical Industry designed the modernization management center station on April 16-19 to hold an exchange of experiences and seminars on the reform of the chemical design system in the Tianjin Chemical Industry Institute. This is a symposium held by the Chemical Design System that implements the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee and adhered to the design system reform for the past 10 years. The Ministry of Chemical Industry Infrastructure Department and China National Chemical Engineering Corporation have attached great importance to it. They sent their own leaders to the meeting. Instructed to attend the meeting are the design institutes and companies directly under the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the Central Station Technical Committee member units.
