一、中小型企业的产生和发展是一个历史过程 1985年,在我国的工业普查中,对品种繁多难以按生产能力划分的行业,则以固定资产原值作为标准:大型企业在二千万元以上;中型企业在八百万元以上二千万元以下;小型企业在八百万元以下。据1986年资料:全国大型企业有2612个,占总数的0.5%;中型企业有6177个,占总数的1.2%;小型企业有490495个,占98.3%。
