在国务院《设备管理条例》发布三周年之际,国家计委于7月28日在北京召开大会,隆重表彰吉林化学工业公司、上海彭浦机器厂等224个第三届全国设备管理优秀单位。这次大会召开前,江泽民、李鹏等党和国家领导人分别对加强我国企业设备管理工作题了词。中共中央总书记江泽民的题词是:“加强企业设备管理提高企业装备素质”:国务院总理李鹏的题词是:“工欲善其事,必先利其器。维护设备完好,保护企业生产力。”全国政协主席李先念的题词是:“加强设备管理提高企业素质”;中央顾问委员会副主任薄一波的题词是:“加强设备管理提高产品质量”;中央顾问委员会常务委员张劲大的题词是:“求实进取,不断提高设备管理水平。”全国人大常委会副委员长、全国总工会主席
On the third anniversary of the State Council’s “Equipment Management Regulations,” the State Development Planning Commission held a conference in Beijing on July 28th to honor 224 third-party equipment management excellence units such as Jilin Chemical Industry Company and Shanghai Pengpu Machinery Plant. Before the conference, Jiang Zemin, Li Peng, and other party and state leaders each wrote a statement on strengthening the management of enterprise equipment in China. The inscription of General Secretary Jiang Zemin of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is: “Strengthening enterprise equipment management to improve the quality of enterprise equipment”: The inscription of Premier Li Peng of the State Council stated: “If a worker wants to do something good, he must first sharpen his tools.
