中国特色社会主义社会法学理论的发展探讨,是我国进入社会主义现代化建设以来进行中国特色社会主义民主、法治和宪政建设的重要实践。它是对人类政治法律文明的结合、概括和重新认识的过程。为了中国的传统文化建设和人类政治法律发展得到统一协调发展,对当前中国特色社会主义法学理论的框架进行研究和发展,形成具有中国特色社会主义社会法学理论。
The discussion of the development of the legal theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important practice of carrying on the socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics, the rule of law and the constitutional development since China entered the socialist modernization drive. It is the process of combining, generalizing and re-understanding of human political and legal civilization. In order to achieve unified and coordinated development of China’s traditional culture and the development of human political law, the framework of the current socialist law theory with Chinese characteristics has been studied and developed, and a legal theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been formed.
