患有脑器质性损伤的患者,多伴有睡眠障碍。这种睡眠障碍多因与调节睡眠和觉醒节律有关的神经组织破坏所引起。例如Alzheimer 综合征,脑血管性痴呆等老年性脑损害患者,在疾病进展时,白天睡觉,夜间起来在房间里来回走动,或去外边等等,以昼夜颠倒的方式生活。也有的患者整天什么也不做,在床上睡睡醒醒。一般称这种状态为睡眠一觉醒节律障碍。最严重的脑器质性损害一脑死亡的患者,虽然持续高度意识障碍,睡眠一觉醒节律完全消失,但体温节律、血清电解质节律有时却保持正常。这点提示生物节律是关系到生命本质的重要机能。患有脑严重器质性损害的患者,有各种各样类型的生物节律异常,此生物节律异常是因与调节生物节律有关的神经中枢障碍所致。在此,笔者就自己经历的各种脑损害患者所表现的睡眠一觉醒及体温节律的
Patients with brain organic damage, often accompanied by sleep disorders. This sleep disorder is often due to the regulation of sleep and wakefulness caused by the destruction of nerve tissue. Patients with senile brain damage, such as Alzheimer’s Syndrome and cerebrovascular dementia, sleep during the day as the disease progresses, move around in the room at night, or go outside, etc., and live in a day and night upside down manner. The most severe brain organic damage in patients with brain death, although continued high degree of disturbance of consciousness, sleep arousals disappear completely rhythm, but the body temperature rhythm, serum electrolyte rhythm sometimes remains normal. This suggests that the biological rhythm is an important function related to the nature of life. In patients with severe brain organic damage, there are various types of biorhythms that are due to central nervous disorders associated with the regulation of circadian rhythms. At this point, the author on their own experience of various brain damage manifested in patients with sleep awakening and body temperature rhythm
