重型肝炎(以下简称重肝)是一种常见而严重的疾病。近年来对此病的诊治虽积累了一些经验,但至今为止、治疗的效果还不能令人满意、病死率仍很高,国内外统计约占70—90％左右。因此如何积极抢救重肝,降低病死率,仍是本病防治工作有待解决的问题。重肝的治疗,目前尚无特殊疗法,必须采用中西医结合的综合措施。根据所查到的部分资料,将治疗中主要的几个问题,综述如下,供临床参考。
Severe hepatitis (hereinafter referred to as liver) is a common and serious disease. Although the diagnosis and treatment of this disease has accumulated some experience in recent years, the treatment effect so far has not been satisfactory and the case fatality rate is still very high. Statistics at home and abroad account for about 70-90%. Therefore, how to actively save the heavy liver and reduce the mortality is still the problem to be solved in this disease prevention and control. There are no special therapies for treating severe hepatitis, so we must adopt the integrated measures of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine. According to some of the information found, the treatment of several major problems, reviewed below, for clinical reference.
