地处鲁中地区的淄博市,是国务院批准的山东半岛经济开放区城市,辖五区三县。面积5938平方公里,人口397.8万。拥有各级各类医疗卫生机构828个,床位11563张,卫生技术人员19285人,每干人占有床位和卫生技术人员数位居山东省第2、3位。 为适应淄博经济的发展和人民群众日益增长的医疗保健需求,近年来,我们坚持以邓小平理论和新时期卫生工作方针为指导,以促进卫生改革和发展为重点,认真实施卫生改革、战略重点、卫生人才、法制建设、质量管理、文明建设“六大”工程,使淄博的卫生事业呈现出持续、快速、健康发展的好势头。
Zibo City, located in the Luzhong District, is a city approved by the State Council for the Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone and has jurisdiction over five districts and three counties. An area of 5938 square kilometers, a population of 3.978 million. There are 828 medical and health institutions at various levels, with 11,563 beds and 19,285 health technicians. The number of beds per person and number of health technicians ranks second and third in Shandong Province. In order to adapt to the economic development of Zibo and the growing demand for medical care of the people, in recent years, we have been guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and the principles of health work in the new period, focusing on the promotion of health reform and development, and conscientiously implementing health reforms and strategic priorities. The “six major” projects of health professionals, legal construction, quality management, and civilization construction have enabled Zibo’s health industry to show a good momentum of sustained, rapid, and healthy development.
