小班化的教学方式是在学生较少的班级中开展教育教学活动的组织方式,与传统的大班化教育相比,小班化教育使教学具有更强的针对性,有利于因材施教。小班教学是中职机电专业培养学生职业能力的一个重要环节。
The teaching method of small class is to organize the education and teaching activities in the classes with fewer students. Compared with the traditional large-scale education, small-class education makes the teaching more pertinent and conducive to teaching students according to their aptitudes. Small class teaching is a major link in the development of secondary vocational and technical students’ professional ability.
