肾小管功能显像剂~(99m)Tc-EC的人体内辐射吸收剂量研究

采用动物实验和人体测定两种方法评价(99)mTC－EC的人体内辐射吸收剂量，结果显示此两种方法测得数据相近（P＞005），(99)mTc－EC各脏器内照射吸收剂量均比131I—OIH低。

The human exposure dose of (99) mTC-EC was evaluated by animal experiments and anthropometric methods. The results showed that the measured data of the two methods were similar (P> 005), (99) mTc- The absorbed dose is lower than 131I-OIH.
