在特困村里展开扶贫攻坚，要攻坚的难点很多。其中，群众思想觉悟低、发动难，就是一个突出问题。隆回县周旺镇大柱村是湖南省统计局对口包扶的特困村．笔者作为驻村扶贫组的一员，对此颇多感受，认为特困村要解决温饱，脱贫致富，首先要解决以下问题。1、制止“以‘贫’为乐”
