针对高层建筑换热站及泵房中水泵机组工作时产生大量振动及噪音的问题,首先建立水泵振动微分方程,分析振动源的振动规律;其次,利用现场实测数据分析水泵振动产生的原因以及其传播规律,并进行舒适度评价;在此基础上,对水泵隔振方法进行了详细分析,利用多目标优化算法提出了离心水泵的隔振方案,并通过数值模拟进行了验证;最后,对治理后水泵振动进行测试,并对治理效果进行评价。这对减少换热站及泵房振动和噪声污染具有重要的指导意义。
In order to solve the problem of large vibration and noise when high-rise building heat exchanger station and pumping unit in the pumping station work, firstly, the vibration differential equation of the pump is established to analyze the vibration law of the vibration source.
