随着医学模式的转变和人们对健康需求的提高,我院以大卫生观念为指导,不断扩大服务功能,积极探索为部队预防医疗保健一体化服务的路子,受到了部队官兵的赞扬。总后医院调查组评价我院为军服务工作是高层次,有深度,富感情。现将我们的主要做法和体会介绍如下。一、不断培养医务人员知兵爱兵的良好感情我们始终把为部队服务作为医院生存发展的出发点和归宿点:一是加强思想教育,使医务人员知兵爱兵,确实把兵当亲人。我们通过学军史、讲传统、谈体会等活动,使大家明确了为部队服务是军队医院的根本职能,为兵服务是自己应尽的职责和义务。同时,我们采取派遣医疗队参加部队演练,送大学生到部队锻炼,节假日与官兵联欢等活动,培养和增强为部队服务的真挚情感。二是落实军人优
