为探讨穿心莲成分API0134对动脉粥样硬化性疾病的防治作用,系问高胆固醇喂饲加牛血清白蛋白注射方法建立家克动脉粥样硬化模型的同时,实验组动物加饲API0134,每天150mg/kg,并用硝苯地平作对照,喂养8周.结果发现,API0134用药组血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比模型组高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。模型组主动脉脂质斑块面积百分比为51.2%士20.0%。冠状小动脉粥样硬化发生率为62.4%±174%,冠状动脉管腔狭窄程度为57.6%±17.4%;API0134用药组主动脉脂质斑块面积百分比为7.1%±4,5%,冠状小动脉粥样硬化发生率为12.5%±4.8%;冠状动脉管腔狭窄程度为10.6%±3.4%;两者相比,均有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。图像分析数据显示.硝苯地平用药组的病变明显重于API0134用药组,但比模型组轻。以上结果表明,API0134具有显著的抗实验性家兔动脉粥样硬化作用,硝苯地平亦有类似作用,但效果不及API0134。
In order to explore the prevention and treatment of andrographolide API0134 on atherosclerotic disease, high cholesterol and bovine serum albumin injection were used to establish atherosclerotic model of atherosclerosis. At the same time, experimental group fed with API0134, 150mg / kg, and nifedipine as control, feeding for 8 weeks. The results showed that the level of plasma high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the group treated with API0134 was higher than that in the model group (P <0.05). The percentage of aortic plaque area in model group was 51.2% ± 20.0%. The incidence of coronary atherosclerosis was 62.4% ± 174%, and the degree of stenosis of coronary artery was 57.6% ± 17.4%. The area of aortic lipid plaque in API0134 group was 7.1% ± 4 , 5%, coronary atherosclerosis incidence was 12.5% ± 4.8%; coronary stenosis was 10.6% ± 3.4%; both were highly significant difference ( P <0.01). Image analysis data shows. Nifedipine treatment group was significantly heavier than the API0134 treatment group, but lighter than the model group. The above results show that, API0134 has significant anti-atherosclerotic effect in experimental rabbits, nifedipine also has a similar effect, but less effective than API0134.
