科技英语有其独特之处,绝不仅仅是专业术语+基础英语。本文分析了科技英语和科技汉语的特点,介绍了相应的翻译理论,并根据翻译的基本过程,探讨了如何翻译科技英语,目的在于倡导建立一套完整的科技英语研究及教学体系。
Technology English has its own uniqueness, not just terminology + basic English. This paper analyzes the characteristics of S & T Chinese, introduces the corresponding translation theories and explores how to translate S & T English according to the basic process of translation. The purpose is to advocate the establishment of a complete set of S & T English teaching and learning systems.
