B细胞转录激活因子(B cell activating transcription factor,BATF)是激活蛋白-1超家族中的一种核碱性亮氨酸拉链蛋白,其与Jun蛋白结合形成BATF/Jun二聚体复合物发挥对激活蛋白-1途径的抑制作用。BATF在调控Th17细胞的分化中具有影响其效应细胞因子作用,参与多种免疫相关性疾病的发生、发展,并与肿瘤信号通路密切相关。研究BATF的功能及其作用机制将为免疫相关性疾病的治疗提供新思路。
B cell activating transcription factor (BATF) is a nuclear basic leucine zipper protein in the activin-1 superfamily that binds to the Jun protein to form a BATF / Jun dimer complex Inhibition of activin-1 pathway. BATF plays an important role in the regulation of Th17 cell differentiation, which affects its effector cytokines and is involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of immune-related diseases, and is closely related to tumor signal pathways. Studying the function of BATF and its mechanism of action will provide new ideas for the treatment of immune-related diseases.
