经济社会快速发展的过程中,社会意识形态发生了翻天覆地的变化,处于这种新形势下的企业青年员工,很容易受到多元化思想的影响。青年员工数量多、规模大,是现阶段社会经济发展的中坚力量,保证其受到正面的、积极的思想政治教育影响,是需要高度重视的问题。文章积极从新时代青年员工思想的特点入手,对于企业青年员工思想政治工作的必要性进行了探析,总结和归纳了当前企业青年员工思想政治工作存在的缺陷,并且指出对应的解决措施去进行改善和调整。
