Reported a new coal quality access protocol that enables data signals to be efficiently transmitted over a hybrid fiber / coax channel. The purpose of this work is to ensure that the terminal part of the agreement is as simple as possible. Therefore, centralized control is used at the cable TV front end. The terminal station that wants to send a signal uses the contention channel to send an application to the headend. The headend replies to this application, queues the application, and informs exactly when the terminal can send the message. Research shows that this protocol is effective in all cases and its channel noise is robust.
