近年来,云南省的经济取得了较快的发展,但其资源消耗量和碳排放量日益增加,环境质量不断下降,发展与资源环境压力并存。选取云南省2000~2010年十年的数据,从万元GDP用水量、万元GDP能耗、万元GDP碳排放三个测度指标对云南省16个市州低碳经济发展水平进行分析,从而了解云南省在低碳经济发展中存在的问题。
In recent years, the economy of Yunnan Province has achieved rapid development, but its resource consumption and carbon emissions are increasing day by day, the environmental quality is declining, and the pressure of development and resource and environment exist side by side. The data of ten years from 2000 to 2010 in Yunnan Province were selected to analyze the development of low-carbon economy in 16 cities and prefectures in Yunnan Province from the three indicators of 10,000 yuan of GDP water consumption, 10,000 yuan of GDP energy consumption and 10,000 yuan of GDP. Understand Yunnan Province in the development of low-carbon economy problems.
