京津冀一体化,涵盖内容多,包含利益多,可能路径多。因此首先要明确京津冀一体化的出发点和目标。此次京津冀一体化的提出,更多是基于“首都病”的日益严重,雾霾天气增多,交通拥堵加剧,城市人口过多;其次才是京津冀协调发展。因此这次也是围绕首都经济圈发展规划来考虑京津冀一体化。假以良好的规划和强大的执行力,自然可以从首都病延伸到区域经济发展的大目标。
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, covering more content, including the interests of many possible paths.
