Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity and development of a country. Archives work should be innovative. Only through the innovation of archival work can we adapt and serve our archives business to all social undertakings so that archival work will be full of vigor and vitality, and the archival career will be sustainable. The innovation of archives work can be carried out from the following aspects.
