中国数字档案馆经过几年的研究和实践,在数字档案馆的概念、目标、体系结构、标准体系、信息资源建设、服务体系、技术体系、知识产权、组织管理等方面都积累了一定的经验,对数字档案馆的认识也得到提高。然而,迄今为止,从经济学角度考量数字档案馆建设的研究则相对缺乏。成本效益分析不仅是评估数字档案馆成效的指标之一,而且有助于我们考虑如何在保证服务质量的前提下,减少成本,提高效益。
