在中国的电信市场上,从来没有哪种前景像它那样让人们翘首期待,从来没有哪类政策像它那样一直悬而不决,从来没有哪项技术像它那样让人们心情如此复杂,从来没有哪个传闻像它那样牵动着整个运营产业乃至制造产业的格局变幻。它,就是3G。而在中国,人们又赋予了它一层更深的内涵,这就是它的中国版本——TD-SCDMA。曾有人说:“全球3G看中国,中国3G看TD。”虽是戏言,却也说明了TD在中国3G产业布局中的地位。作为具有中国自主知识产权的3G标准,TD自诞生之日起,就无时无刻不在影响着中国的3G进程,也无时无刻不牵动着业界和媒体的视线。近日,业界的一个利好消息再次加重了这个被国人寄予厚望的3G标准在中国未来3G产业格局中的筹码分量——8月29日,在中国国家发展改革委的主持下,中韩双方正式签署了关于推进TD-SCDMA项目合作的谅解备忘录。
