考察了不同预处理方式对水源水中蓝藻气囊及活性的影响。结果表明,经0.6 MPa的压力预处理后,藻细胞气囊完全破裂,藻类下沉;经0.5~4.0 mg/L的Na Cl O或KMn O4预氧化后部分气囊破裂,气囊破裂比例随预氧化剂投量的增加而增大;经Na Cl O预氧化后气囊破裂程度高于KMn O4预氧化时,但藻类仍然上浮。经Na Cl O和KMn O4预氧化后,藻类光合作用生产力显著降低;而经加压预处理后藻类光合作用生产力仅略有下降。由此可知,加压预处理对蓝藻气囊破裂彻底,有利于提高其混凝沉淀效果,而且对藻细胞活性基本无影响;预氧化对蓝藻气囊破裂不显著,却可明显降低藻细胞活性,而且Na Cl O对蓝藻活性的抑制作用高于KMn O4。
The effects of different pretreatment methods on cyanobacterial air sacs and their activities in water were investigated.
