本文对新峻工的’91上海新住宅试点房加以介绍和评论。作者认为这是一次成功的尝试,并提出今后住宅设计建筑师要在“小”字上做文章,在“细”和“巧”上下功夫,努力提高住宅设计质量。
This article will introduce and comment on the newly completed ’91 New Shanghai Residential Housing Pilot House. The author thinks that this is a successful attempt and proposes that the architects of residential design in the future should make a fuss about the “small” character, work hard on “fine” and “smart”, and strive to improve the quality of residential design.
