评价上颌快速扩弓和面弓牵引联合治疗骨性 类错的疗效。方法 应用上颌快速扩弓和面弓牵引对 15例 (平均年龄 10 .5岁 )生长发育期儿童的骨性 类错进行治疗 ,并比较治疗前后的面型及 X线头影测量变化。结果 经过 4～ 11个月 (平均 6个月 )的牵引所有患者的侧貌明显改善。平均 SNA角增大 3.2 7°,上颌长度增加 2 .5 7mm,SNB和 SND分别减少 1.0 5°和 1.2 1°,下面高 ANS- Me增加 2 .86 mm。结论 上颌快速扩弓和面弓牵引能刺激上颌发育 ,有利于骨性 类错的矫治。
To evaluate the curative effect of maxillary rapid expansion and facebow traction in the treatment of skeletal class . Methods Fifteen patients (average age 10.5 years old) with growth and development of skeletal class were treated with maxillary rapid protraction and facebow traction. The changes of surface and X-cephalometry before and after treatment were compared. Results After 4 to 11 months (mean, 6 months) traction, the profile of all patients was significantly improved. The mean SNA angle increased by 3.2 7 °, the maxillary length increased by 2.57 mm, the SNB and SND decreased by 1.0 5 ° and 1.2 1 °, respectively, and the higher ANS-Me increased by 2.86 mm. Conclusion Maxillary rapid expansion and face bow traction can stimulate maxillary development, which is good for the treatment of skeletal 错 correction.
