乙炔在生产中的应用已相当广泛,乙炔站也逐渐增多。乙炔站的危险性比较大,安全管理制度又比较少。 1.乙炔的特性乙炔是气焊与气割的主要能源,化学性质活泼,受热或受压易发生聚合、加成、取代和爆炸性分解等化学反应。标准状态下,为无色可燃易爆气体,密度1.47kg/m~3。乙炔的燃烧爆炸特性: (1)自燃点480℃,在空气中的着火温度为428℃。 (2)安全燃烧的反应式是2C_2H_2+5O_2=4CO_2+2H_2O+Q,在空气中的火焰传播速度为2.87m/s,在氧气中为13.5m/s。 (3)温度超过400℃时,开始聚合,并放出热量;500℃时,未聚合的乙炔即发生
