在对中高度近视眼进行放射状角膜切开手术中，选择105只术后欠矫眼使用充气气囊加压辅助治疗，133只眼作非加压对照，随访观察视力、近视屈光度和角膜屈光度的变化。观察6个月以上的结果经统计学处理，两组差异有显著性意义，表明加压对手术欠矫者和稳定放射状角膜切开术效果是有效方法之一。
During radial corneal incision in middle and high myopia, 105 post-operative under-correction eyes were treated with inflatable balloon pressure assisted therapy and 133 eyes were treated as non-pressurized control. The changes of visual acuity, myopia and corneal refraction were observed . Observed more than 6 months after the results of the statistical analysis, the difference between the two groups was significant, indicating that the pressure on surgery and correction of orthokeratology corneal incision effect is an effective method.
