血型与疾病的发病关系一直是人们所关注的问题。1970年印度的Jain报导肺结核病中AB血型人明显高于健康人。为了了解我国肺结核病发病与血型的关系,我们对410例肺结核病人(男292例、女118例)和416例健康人(男286例、女130例)做了血型调查。血型鉴定采用常规方法,结果以肺结核组百分率/健康人组百分率表示,并经卡方检验。两组血型分布情况:A型21.9/26.3,B型34.4/30.4,O型34.4/32.9,AB型9.9/10.3。两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。男性分布:
